Draft season had begun for most of the NBA’s 30 teams already, but now it begins in earnest.
There is roughly one week of buffer between the conclusion of the NBA Finals and start of the 2024 NBA Draft, and all 30 teams are readying for the two rounds of the draft across Wednesday and Thursday.
Heading into this year’s draft, there is still some uncertainty surrounding the first overall pick. However the biggest storyline this year surrounds Bronny James, LeBron James’ son, and whether (and where) he’ll be drafted.
The 2024 NBA Draft will be split across two days for the first time since the draft adopted its current, two-round format in 1989. This year’s first round will take place on Wednesday at the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn before moving to ESPN’s Manhattan studio on Thursday for the second round.
