Ollie Turner finds Galway’s All-Ireland trajectory grimly fascinating. Three spins of the wheel on consecutive weekends have boiled down to this, the least likely contender seeking to lift the mood of a traumatised Tribe.

“It would have seemed ridiculous, three weeks ago, to think that the best chance out of the three would have been the camogie,” says the head of sport at Galway Bay FM.
