Whitehall College of Further Education is located centrally in Glasnevin on Mobhi Road (near the junctions of Griffith Avenue and Ballymun Road) and has a longstanding reputation in providing nationally and internationally accredited courses in Business, Information Technology, Social Care, Education & Training, Art and ESOL.

Based on over 50 years of excellence in education it provides relevant work-related programmes from Nutrition & Dietetics, Pre-University Social Science, Nursing Studies, Health Care Assistant and our well-known Level 5 and 6 Art & Sculpture courses.

These programmes are always popular with those looking for progress routes into Higher Education.

Its Office/Legal and Health Administration courses are aimed at those looking to develop excellent skills for employment. The college also offers English Language courses from Levels 4 to 6. Our Education and Training programme gives learners the best of both worlds as they spend one day a week in DCU completing two first year modules on the Education and Training Degree course and have direct entry opportunities to the BSc in Education & Training in DCU after successful completion of their year in Whitehall College.

This year will see a new Ophthalmic Assistant programme added to the list of courses. This programme is aimed at those interested in working as an Ophthalmic Assistant or progressing to a science-based programme at third level.

Whitehall College also offers QQI level 5 programmes in Business & Finance, Business and Entrepreneurial Skills, Computer Systems & Networks and Digital Marketing. Also on offer is a part-time Back to Education programme in Art and a Skills to Advance programme in Health Care.

Whitehall College FE is the only Dublin-based college to deliver the Level 6 National Sales Apprenticeship programme which commenced in 2023. All of our courses carry QQI accreditation ranging from Levels 4 to 6 certification.

The college aims to ensure that students of all abilities are supported in a welcoming environment in which they will be encouraged to develop themselves personally and professionally. We prepare students for a bright and positive future in the world of work or further educational study.

By becoming a student there, you are making an investment in your future now which can bring huge rewards in terms of career success and personal confidence.
