Gardaí added: “A woman aged in her 40s was arrested in Balbriggan and is currently being questioned at a garda station in north Dublin under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.”

On his death notice posted earlier on RIP.ie it states that the death has occurred of: “Ryan, (Shey) James, (Balbriggan, and formerly of Shelmalier Road, Eastwall) (peacefully) in Beaumont Hospital on the 11th August 2024”.
